That is why we would rather know a little about the building before we book anyone, and why we keep talking to the people who work for us. We match the person to the particular building where we can, brief them properly, and look for reliability, the right presentation and clear communication.

- A quiet members' club reception and a busy multi tenant lobby ask for different things. We think about which of our people suits yours.
- 02Briefed before they arrive
- Address, floor, contact name, dress, systems, start time. Small details, but they decide how the first hour goes.
- 03Answers, not silence
- If we can help we say so quickly. If we cannot cover something well, we tell you that instead of leaving you waiting.
London is our market. Where clients based here also run buildings elsewhere in the UK, they are welcome to ask and we will do our best to help.
