Some days we are placing urgent temporary cover. On other days we are running a permanent search. Often the same person is doing both.
Holly Cochrane
Managing Partner
Holly leads Elbrus Partners and our Permanent team. With years of recruitment experience and deep roots in the flex workspace industry, she knows the market, the businesses and a great many of the people in it. She also coined the phrase we use pretty much every day at Elbrus: “Human Jenga”. Getting the right person, into the right place, with the right employer. It sounds simple. It rarely is.
Ellie Hoskin
Senior Consultant
Ellie knows Elbrus from the inside out. She previously ran the Temp Desk single-handedly, so there is very little about the business she hasn’t seen. These days she prefers to work a little more behind the scenes, where her eye for a CV, patient searching and instinct for spotting the right person make her an invaluable part of the Permanent team.
Kayleigh Harrison
Consultant
Kayleigh has worked alongside Holly for years and knows both the Elbrus business and the Permanent market extremely well. Researching, resourcing and finding the people who aren’t always obvious on the first search are where she comes into her own. She brings continuity, attention to detail and a warm way with candidates to the team.
Emma Bufton
Co-Lead, Temporary Recruitment
Emma runs the Temp Desk alongside Nina. Before recruitment she spent more than thirteen years building and running her own business, so she understands what it means to rely on people, keep promises and get things sorted when plans change. Together, Emma and Nina have spent the past year growing the desk while improving the experience for clients and temps alike.
Nina Mahaffey
Co-Lead, Temporary Recruitment
Nina runs the Temp Desk alongside Emma. She came to recruitment after more than twenty years in the City at Director level, bringing commercial judgement, straight talking and a client’s-eye view of what good service should actually feel like. A year into co-leading the desk with Emma, the focus is simple: make it work better for the clients who rely on it and the temps who represent them.
Marie Irvine
Team Support
Marie is the newest member of the Elbrus team and will be joining us full-time from September. She’ll be helping across the business behind the scenes, supporting the team and learning how all the moving parts fit together.
