Help us get to know your building

The things a job description can’t tell us.

Every building has its own rhythm. Who comes through the door, when it gets busy, how Reception works, what clients expect and the little things that make somebody particularly good there.

The better we understand that, the better prepared the people we send can be.

What we like to understand

Not a form to fill in. A conversation, usually once, then kept up to date as things change.

  • Who comes through the door

Residents, members, clients, contractors, deliveries. Who is greeted how, and by name where it matters.

  • When it gets busy

The hour that fills up, the day that is different, the recurring event everybody else already knows about.

  • How Reception works

Standing or seated, phones or front of house first, meeting rooms, post, passes, the order things happen in.

  • What people expect

The tone of the place. Formal and quiet, warm and busy, or somewhere between the two.

  • The little things

The knack that makes somebody particularly good here, which nobody thinks to write down.

What we do with it

What you tell us becomes the background briefing for anybody working with you, so they arrive knowing how the place runs rather than learning it from scratch on the morning.

In time, approved information about a location will sit behind secure access and be shown only to the person actually booked to work there. Nothing about your building is published on this website.

Speak to us

Fifteen minutes talking us through your building is worth more than any booking form.
