The practical side, made easier.
Different people here handle bookings, searches and the practical side of running temporary staffing. This is the quickest way to reach the right one.
If in doubt, a short conversation usually gets further than a form.
Who to speak to
Different questions go to different people. Here’s the quickest way to reach the right person.
Temporary cover
Bookings, cover at short notice, changes to an existing assignment and anything about the practical running of temporary staffing.
Permanent hiring
A new role, a brief you want to talk through, a search that has stalled, or advice before you go to market.
Not sure which
Start with either. We would rather point you to the right person than have you work out our structure first.
How we work
Human and responsive, which mostly means answering the phone and being straight with you.
We ask before we send
Understanding the role, the environment and what success looks like comes before any introduction.
We keep the list short
Considered introductions rather than volume. Your time is better spent meeting two right people than six possible ones.
We say what we think
Including when a brief looks difficult, a salary looks out of step or a process is losing people.
We stay in touch afterwards
With you and with the person who joined, because that is when you find out whether it worked.
Help and support
If something is not right, whether that is a booking, a search or the way something has been handled, tell whoever you normally deal with here. If you would rather raise it elsewhere, use the general enquiry route and it will reach the right person.
Your Elbrus.
Secure client access is planned. In time it can bring the things you deal with regularly into one place: relevant bookings, approvals, recruitment activity, the locations you look after and the documents that go with them.
You’ll only see the information relevant to you, your role and the locations you work with. Somebody approving hours at one building will not automatically see everything across a company.
Not live yet, and we are not attaching a date to it. Everything on this website remains general and public.
Speak to us
Anything that is not working as it should, we would rather hear about it early.
