Your CV is where
we start, not
where we finish.
We would rather know what you are looking for than guess from two pages of history. A conversation first, then roles that are genuinely worth your time.
What we would like to understand
None of it takes long, and it makes the difference between being sent a job and being told about the right one.
- What you have actually been responsible for, not just the job title
- What you are good at, and what you would rather do less of
- Why you are thinking about moving now
- The kind of team and working environment that suits you
- Where you would like to be in a few years
- The practical things: location, hours, notice period, salary expectations
What you can expect from us
A conversation first
We speak to you before anything is sent anywhere, and your CV is never sent to a business without your agreement.
Relevant roles only
We would rather talk to you about two roles that make sense than ten that do not. If we have nothing suitable, we will say so.
A proper briefing
Before an interview you will know who you are meeting, how the team works and what they are hoping to find.
Straight answers
Honest feedback where we are given it, and a clear reply either way. Your decisions about your career are yours to make.
We will not promise to find everyone a role, and not every CV leads to an interview. What we can promise is that you will hear from us either way, and that you will always know where things stand.

The roles we work on
Office-based permanent roles across a broad range of businesses, from first steps and support positions through to experienced and management appointments.
- Reception and front of house
- PAs and EAs
- Administration and business support
- Office management
- Workplace and facilities support
- Operations
- Customer and client services
- Team coordination
Considering your next move? Talk to the Perm team.
Whether you are actively looking or just weighing something up, a short conversation is the best place to start. There is no upload form yet, so start with the candidate resources and we will pick up the conversation from there.
Open to temporary work too? Compare both routes.
The candidate resources below cover what we would talk about anyway, from the first conversation through to starting.
