Work by the day
Bookings can be a single day, a planned week or two, or a longer assignment in one building. What comes up depends on what clients need, your availability and whether the site suits you.
It suits people who settle in quickly, are comfortable meeting new teams and want some say over the days they work.
Your next role
An ongoing job with one employer. We start with a conversation about your experience, what you want more of, what you want less of, and the sort of place you are likely to do your best work.
We will only put you forward for roles we think are genuinely relevant, and we will explain why we think so.
Not sure which
Plenty of people do both at different points, and some do both at once while they decide.
Temporary work is a reasonable way to see several buildings and keep your options open. Permanent is for when you know roughly what you want the next few years to look like. If you are between the two, say so, and we will talk it through rather than push you one way.

- A CV tells us where you have been. A conversation tells us what you are good at, what you enjoy and what you are trying to do next.

- We will tell you what is realistic and what is not. If we cannot help at the moment, we will say so rather than keep you waiting.

- A quiet members' club and a busy multi tenant lobby ask for different things. Suiting the place is as much a part of the fit as the skills.
- 04You hear back
- Where you have met a client or been put forward, you will hear the outcome, including when it is not the one you wanted.
We cannot promise work, a particular salary or a role by a certain date. What we can do is be straight with you about where you stand.
