Two ways we help, one way of working.
Most conversations start in one of two places. Either a desk needs covering, sometimes at very short notice, or a role needs filling properly and it is worth taking the time to get right.
We work across the City, West End and Central London with flexible workspace providers, serviced offices, property and workplace teams, and businesses running their own front of house.
Which service
Temporary
For cover. Holidays, training, sickness and absence, events and busy periods, and longer assignments where continuity matters. Bookings can be a single day or run for months.
Use it when the priority is a capable person on the desk, well briefed, without changing the shape of your team.
Book temporary coverPermanent
For appointments. Reception and front of house, PAs and EAs, administration and business support, office management, operations, client services and workplace roles.
Use it when fit, motivation and the longer view matter as much as the skills on the CV, and a considered shortlist is worth more than a stack of applications.
Discuss a permanent vacancyPlenty of clients use both, often for the same team. Cover while a permanent search runs is a common enough sequence that we are happy to plan it as one conversation.

Across both
The service should feel the same whichever side of the business you are using.
- 01The role as it actually is
- Job titles travel badly. We ask about the desk, the hours, the systems, the people and the tone of the place before we suggest anybody.
- 02Straightforward communication
- You hear what we think, including when we are not the right answer. We would rather say so early than let a search drift.
- 03Judgement over volume
- We do not send people to make up numbers. A shorter list of people we can talk about properly is more useful than a longer one.
- 04Doing what we said
- Confirmations, timings, changes. The unglamorous part of the job is most of it, and it is where relationships are made or lost.
Where we work
London is our market, particularly the City, West End and Central London. Knowing the buildings, the hours people keep and how quickly somebody can get across town is part of the job.
A number of our clients are headquartered here and run buildings elsewhere in the UK. Where we are asked to help with those locations we will do our best, and we will always be honest about what is realistic.

Start with the one you need today.
If you are not sure which it is, start with either. The conversation is much the same at the beginning.
