The role
Day to day responsibility for a busy workplace floor, front of house standards and the experience of everyone using the space. Working alongside an established operations team.
What the role asks for
- Experience running a workplace, reception or front of house operation
- Comfortable managing a small team across a full working week
- Confident dealing with occupier requests and escalations
